Nauru Airlines publishes a regional network through Nauru (also called Naoero), with Pohnpei included in selected schedule periods. A Brisbane–Pohnpei itinerary can involve several island stops.

Check that Pohnpei appears in the schedule covering your dates, in both directions. Do this before arranging your flight to Brisbane or another connecting island.

Read the local arrival date on every segment, especially when crossing the International Date Line. Pohnpei uses UTC +11 year-round. Check both directions for overnight layovers and leave time before a fixed tour or event.
Transit permission
Check the requirements for every place you pass through, including Guam or Honolulu. Permission to enter the FSM does not settle another country’s transit requirements. Start with U.S. transit guidance for a U.S. connection, and confirm your itinerary with the airline.

Ask whether your connections share one ticket, whether baggage is checked through, and what happens if a flight changes. Confirm baggage allowances and arrangements for surfboards, dive gear, mobility aids, or airport assistance before paying.

Send your host the flight number and local arrival date. Agree on pickup, a meeting point, the charge, and a phone contact. If a connection changes, update the host and your guide as well as the airline.
